Noémie Ochoa, a talented pianist, discovered her vocation at the age of ten while listening to Beethoven's sonata "L'Appassionata". She received valuable training from Harold Meuli, a British pianist trained by Maria Donska, herself a student of Arthur Schnabel. After the death of her teacher, Noémie continued her studies at the conservatory until the third cycle. At the age of 22, a significant encounter with Cyprien Katsaris led her to four years of intensive training with this virtuoso, a rare experience since he had never given individual lessons before.

In 2011, she broke free to explore contemporary music under the direction of Ivan Ilić. At the age of 27, her encounter with the Georgian pianist Irakly Avaliani, heir to Marie Jaëll's teaching, changed her approach to the piano. She rebuilt her playing by combining body awareness and musical depth. Her research in the anthropology of music at the EHESS led to the publication of a book on Marie Jaëll's teaching.

Noémie then turned to composition, taking lessons from Jean-Louis Fabre, a master of harmony. Since 2022, she has specialized in the meticulous interpretation of Beethoven, Brahms and Schubert, offering performances where music becomes an intense sensory experience for the audience.

In 2023, Noémie founded Espace Ochoa in Paris, a venue dedicated to small-scale artistic performances. She plans to release her first album in 2025, focusing on an innovative project around Beethoven's 32 sonatas.
